The greatest African goalkeeper of all time, according to the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS), is Vincent Enyeama of Nigeria.
From 1987 until 2022, the IFFHS ranked goalkeepers.
Europe, South America, and Asia were included in the ranking of the various continents.
Throughout his active years with the Super Eagles, Enyeama was recognized for his remarkable performances.
The shot blocker had a significant role in Enyimba’s victories in the CAF Champions League in 2003 and 2004.
At 2002, 2010, and 2014 FIFA World Cups in South Africa, Enyeama represented Nigeria.
He also served as the Super Eagles’ goalkeeper during their 2013 Africa Cup of Nations victory in South Africa.
