Funny Face discusses his battle with mental illness and his time in a psychiatric ward.
On the recommendation of a Kaneshie District Court, the stand-up comedian was admitted to the Accra Psychiatric Hospital after threatening to kill his baby mama and others on social media.
The popular comedian told Berla Mundi on The Day Show that while in the mental institution, he encountered God and renewed his relationship with his creator.

“I encountered God when I went to Psychiatric and a mad man who had been there for 6 years told me my case was worse than his,” he said
“It was then I realized that I don’t belong here and I need to pray about it,” he recalled
“Then again my manager came through for me. He is the only person who stood by me… We grew up together and he was telling me to be careful but i took it for granted but when life hit me…” he said.
