Alan Fisher, an Irish chef and restaurant owner in Japan, has set two Guinness World Records for cooking.
He set the individual record for the longest cooking marathon at 119 hours and 57 minutes, surpassing the previous record of over 24 hours held by Nigerian chef Hilda Baci.

Alan then claimed the longest baking marathon (individual), with 47 hours and 21 minutes. The previous record holder was Wendy Sandner (USA), with a time of 31 hours and 16 minutes.
