Diddy plans to make a big return by performing at Madison Square Garden.

Diddy plans to make a big return by performing at Madison Square Garden.

A possible 20-year sentence won’t stop Sean “Diddy” Combs from having big dreams.

Although he is behind bars before his trial on October 3rd, the 54-year-old hip-hop entrepreneur is already planning a return performance at the highly sought-after Madison Square Garden.

On August 6, Combs’ lead attorney Marc Agnifilo told CBS News‘ Jericka Duncan that though the Bad Boy Records founder is in jail, his client determined to stage a comeback on one of the biggest stages in the entertainment industry.

“One thing [Combs] said… He’s going to be back at Madison Square Garden,” Agnifilo revealed. “I guess being on stage, and I said, ‘I’ll be there.’”

According to his attorney, Combs hasn’t specifically mentioned “getting back into music,” but the goal is obvious.

“I think he is someone who’s always going to strive to do something, you know, exceptional and probably demanding and challenging.”

Combs was cleared last month of the most serious accusations in his federal trial, which were conspiracy to commit racketeering and sex trafficking. However, he was found guilty of two counts of prostitution-related transportation, each of which carries a maximum sentence of ten years in jail.

According to Agnifilo, Combs is committed to re-establishing his relationships and life despite the impending punishment.
