Richie Mensah, the boss of Lynx Entertainment has refuted reports that his signee, Kidi, has suffered a stroke.

He explained that the headlines are just “clickbait”.

In a tweet on Thursday, the producer and artiste management encouraged supporters of the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) Artiste of the Year to disregard social media rumors.

“KiDi hasn’t had a stroke. Ignore the rumours and the click bait,” he tweeted.

According to sources close to the artist, “he is not well but it’s not stoke or anything serious like that, he simply needs time off.”

Another Lynx insider revealed on Snapchat to Ghanaian blogger Sel The Bomb that Kidi was taking a break from social media to heal.

The “Say Cheese” hitmaker issued a statement on February 22, that he was canceling his North American tour due to health issues.
